The equipment of The Mulberry is modern-Mediterranean and combines high-quality furniture from Athens with accessories collected from countries around the Mediterranean. Architecturally, the villa is modelled on the stone houses that have been built on the Mani for centuries. The materials were sourced locally, as were most of the plants, and stones from the garden were used for parts of the walls. A large covered terrace with dining area, the spacious pool terrace and an extensive roof terrace for activities such as sport or yoga at sunrise or an aperitif at sunset invite you to enjoy the garden and panoramic views.

As an Eco Vacation Home The Mulberry and its enchanted garden for sustainability. The solar system produces more electricity than the house and guests consume. Two heat pumps and modern air conditioning units in all living areas ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Rainwater is collected in a 100,000 litre cistern to supply the garden and the saltwater pool.

In autumn and winter, the water used by the garden and pool is collected in a 100,000 litre cistern, while two heat pumps ensure a pleasant climate in the long term. As rich as Greece is in sunshine, water is scarce. It is the responsibility of all of us to use this resource carefully.
The house and garden are at The Mulberry in an intensive relationship. Large windows provide a view of the cactus garden and a sea of flowers, allowing nature to become part of the living space. Lemons, oranges, figs and pomegranates grow in the garden, while a private herb garden invites you to cook with fresh Mediterranean herbs you have picked yourself. The house is flooded with light throughout the day. While Mediterranean blue and green colours dominate during the day, the sun bathes everything in bright red tones in the evening. Every evening is different and every evening is great.
